Child centred approach to project no photographs of children's faces will be reproduced for this project unless specific permission has been sought from Gorey Youth Needs.

Develop good open relationships with staff and children.
Be open to feedback and constructive advice around managing children's behaviour.
Engage staff around design ideas and look for feedback on interactive wall and garden. Listen to their requests and ideas.
